Aubrey is a first time founder of a health & wellness payments company PayRio. PayRio focuses on helping underserved markets in the industry who primarily accept cash. Prior to founding PayRio Aubrey held a position as the Chief Revenue Officer at QuickFee, a fast growing Fintech.

She began her career in payments at J.P. Morgan over a decade ago working her way up from a merchant services Business Development Associate to an Executive Director Commercial Banker for the Technology and Disruptive Commerce group in the Silicon Valley.

Aubrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University where she was an Academic All-American on the Women’s Soccer Team. She also has an MBA from Chaminade University of Oahu. She is a native of California and currently resides in the East Bay. Aubrey enjoys spending her free time with her 3 young children, coaching their soccer teams, playing soccer herself, eating good food and traveling when she can fit it in.

Erin Barbeau leads the Business Administration function for FIS’ Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) business. As the Chief of Staff, Erin supports the business’ General Manager in developing business routines, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving results and leading key initiatives.

Erin joined FIS in 2013 as a summer intern and has rapidly grown her career, taking on stretch roles in the areas of finance, risk, strategic initiatives and business administration. She is driven to improve office culture and loves connecting people.

She has a passion for women’s inclusion networks and was honored with the Wnet 2021 Emerging Trendsetter Award, recognizing individuals 40 years or younger who exemplify a commitment and energy to improving the PayTech industry. Erin thrives off learning new things and meeting new people and is currently receiving her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Business Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Nicole Baxby is the Vice President of Global Customer Success at Featurespace. Her teams are dedicated to helping some of the largest brands in the financial industry leverage Featurespace’s market leading solutions to prevent financial crime.

She has 15 years of expertise in the financial technology industry, previously working in fintech and banking consulting with European banks.

Nicole was recognized as part of 2018 Money 20/20 Rise Up cohort, named Georgia Forward's 2019 Young Gamechanger and serves on the board of Hope Harbour. She holds a BA from Columbus State University and master's degree from USC Gould School of Law.

Amanda recently took a new position with Signature Payments. Previously, she was with Humboldt Merchant Services for more than 14 years. During this time, she held a variety of positions, developing and strengthening her industry knowledge, ranging from Call Center Customer Service Representative to Technical Support to Merchant Processing Manager, and most finally, Director, Partner Relations.

She has a thirst for knowledge and is never done learning! She is a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) and has been involved with Wnet since 2014. Amanda is a recipient of the Wnet 2021 Lean In To Lead Award and is a 2022 ETA Forty Under 40 honoree.

Amanda is genuine, charismatic, supportive, and reliable. She resides in Northern California and this mother of three enjoys collecting miniatures and spends her non-working hours volunteering in the classroom, child-shuttling, and when she’s not coaching sports, being the number one fan on the sidelines!

Managing Director, JPMorgan Chase

Martha Beard is a Managing Director and head of Public Sector Products and head of Payment Industry Advocacy within JPMorgan Payments. Prior to this post, Martha was head of North America Corporate Sales and Healthcare Payments, which included the integration of InstaMed, a healthcare payments fintech.

Prior to her Sales and Healthcare role, Martha was Global Head of Client Service and Implementation, leading collaboration with the regional Sales and Operations teams. She spearheaded the Firm’s investment in digitizing client cash management onboarding activities and launched the first global connected data approach to client inquiry management.

During her over 30-year career with the firm, she has held a variety of positions within JPMorgan Payments. Notably, as head of Healthcare and Public Sector Strategy, Martha’s advocacy with members of Congress for administrative simplification across financial transactions on the Affordable Care Act led to further work with the Congressional Budget Office on scoring of the legislation.

Dondi Black has extensive experience leading strategic planning, development and commercialization across the financial services sector, with a focus on payment technologies, fraud and risk innovations.

As Chief Product Officer at TSYS Issuer Solutions, a Global Payments company, she leads global product strategy and commercialization, as well as strategic partnerships. In that capacity, Mrs. Black is focused on ensuring all parties to the payment ecosystem have access to dynamic services and technologies needed to enable access to paymentn technologies and fuel growth through service expansion into new geographies and new segments.

Dondi’s continued success in strategic planning, commercialization and global expansion is the result of her in-depth experience leading innovation and transformations in banking and payments, wealth, fraud and risk, and compliance for the last 30 years. Chief Executive Officer of Girls Inc. Columbus, Chief Executive Officer of Burgos Consulting Group, Inc.

Dr. Gail Burgos is the former Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer for TSYS and Senior Vice President, Diversity Equity Inclusion, at 1st Sentry. Upon retiring after 25 years with TSYS, Gail started her own consulting company and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Burgos Consulting LLC.

Prior to retirement, Gail led Global Payments’ efforts to continue to build its inclusion and diversity efforts across the company. She previously served as the Senior Advisor to the Chief Information Officer, supporting all business lines and aspects of the information technology business at legacy TSYS. With Burgos’ tenure at the company, she brought a wealth of knowledge and experience for the company’s customers and to the payment industry. Her passion and love for her company and its team members never went unnoticed. She maintained a strong understanding of the corporate culture, an impeccable leadership record, and remained committed to the success of children, women, and people from all walks of life.

In her consulting work, Burgos continues to provide clients with expertise, guidance, and knowledge to help them with their DEI organizational strategy and conscious inclusion exercises. She helps her clients launch their DEI programs and meet their goals to create and sustain a culture of inclusivity and improve a diverse presence embedded in their recruiting, retaining and succession processes.

Kim is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and developing strategic relationships. Kim is a highly respected business leader and has more than 15 years of experience in the Payments industry.

The scope of Kim’s leadership responsibilities span the organization as she works closely with sales, client services, and the product organization to uncover new opportunities in technology and payments. Focused on growth, Kim is constantly studying the competition and inventing more efficient methods for her business to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales. Kim is a strong advocate for transformation and works hard to foster innovative thinking and collaboration

Kim joined FIS in 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst and rapidly grew her career by taking on many leadership roles within finance and the business, being named the Divisional Controller for the Emerging Commerce group in 2016 and the SVP of Prepaid and Government Solutions in 2020. Kim champions FIS’ core values to win as one team, lead with integrity and be the change.

Lucky Caves has spent more than 20 years in Financial Services, leading transformational programs and building high-performing teams.

As an NCR Payments & Network executive director, Caves leads acquisition transition projects and program management, reporting directly to Don Layden, executive vice president of the Payment & Networks Business Unit and the Corporate Strategy and M&A team.

Lucky lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and daughter, enjoys traveling and has an established tradition of visiting at least one National Park every year. Caves is currently involved in multiple community leadership positions at NCR and has throughout her career.

Senior Vice President and Corporate Banker, Bank of Texas

Erin Davis is a Senior Vice President and Corporate Banker leading the Payments and Technology practice for Bank of Texas, a subsidiary of BOK Financial. She works with high volume payments companies, helping drive strategic relationships between processors, fintechs and the bank. In her role, she consults on complex cash management processes and financial solutions.

A 25-year finance veteran, Erin re-joined Bank of Texas in 2018 to launch the Payments and Technology practice. She was previously with Bank of Texas from 2010-2015 and served as a Senior Treasury Management Consultant. Between her tenure at Bank of Texas, Erin led the North Texas Treasury and Liquidity team for Texas Capital Bank. She also led strategic efforts for sales processes and new lines of business.

Erin received her Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and subsequently earned her MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is active in the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Innovation Task Force and a member of the Dallas chapter of Social Venture Partners. Mom to two active teenagers and a labrador, Erin resides in Dallas.

After more than 25 years in the banking and payments industry at FIS, Connie realized her passion for financial wellness and inclusion. During the pandemic, Connie started Kairos DCC, a digital consulting firm that serves the greater good by bringing data, unique technology and strategic consulting services to help non-profits and communities thrive.

Connie is also the Chief Product Officer at CryptoFi, a cryptocurrency start-up that provides a platform to bridge crypto with financial institutions and businesses across the United States. Through her consulting work with non-profits like NPEIV, Connie's desire to help heart-centered women grow and build the life of their dreams ignited. Stepping into her role at CryptoFi, she realized that she had the opportunity to help completely transform and reimagine financial services. If Crypto can shake up banking and payments, why can't it do the same for financial inclusion and literacy efforts? She is now a passionate, action-oriented advocate and consultant who devotes her consulting firm to Interpersonal Violence non-profit organizations.

Her purpose and spiritual mission is to raise the voices of survivors and victims, as well as to advocate for the Financial Services industry to embrace a new category of "Trauma Informed Financial Services" in our communities.

Maia Davis-Singleton is responsible for client support to our global network to network partners and the Americas.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University. She is an executive with a breadth of experience across multiple functional teams and various industries.

Maia has worked with a variety of financial services companies including Household Finance, HSBC and Capital One. In addition, she has managed a variety of departments including Marketing, Government Relations and Diversity and Inclusion.

Corporate Communications Analyst, FIS Payment Solutions, Business Operations

As part of the Business Operations team, Rachel is responsible for internal operational performance tracking, supporting matrix collaboration, is a regular contributor to dynamic industry reporting and is focused on telling the Payment Solutions story within FIS. She thrives when distilling abstract information and data into actionable, strategic solutions and business process improvement.

Rachel is deeply involved in several inclusion networks at FIS. She currently serves as the Global Communications and Marketing Lead for the FIS Aspire Rising Professionals network and is a leader in the FIS Empower Women’s Network – Milwaukee chapter. Each network provides space for her to develop her skills, grow her network and feed her passion for developing rising professionals and women in the fintech industry.

Rachel also volunteers with Wnet in several capacities. She is currently a member of the Rebranding Implementation Task Force where she’s able to put her communications background to use. She also served on the 2022 Leadership Summit Content Team.

Kim Fitzsimmons is building the future of Talus Pay. She is an accomplished payments executive with the vision, drive and passion to help companies grow and achieve sustainable results.

At financial services giant J.P. Morgan, Fitzsimmons served as president of global merchant services. She was chief executive officer of Cynergy Data prior to its merger with Priority Payment Systems and held a number of leadership positions, including North American president of merchant services and community banks, during a long tenure with First Data. A principal and co-founder of EFS Card Services, Fitzsimmons began her 30-year payments career with Concord EFS.

Voted one of the top 100 Global Sales Leaders of 2020 by The Modern Sale, Fitzsimmons has twice been named as one of the Industry’s Most Influential Women in Payments by American Banker and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Midwest Acquirers Association (MWAA). She has also served as president of both the Electronics Transactions Association (ETA) and Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet).

Stephanie Foster is a Fintech veteran of 20 years who has climbed the corporate ladder at Fortune 500 companies, private equity owned firms, and a bootstrapped startup. She most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at a financial planning startup where she oversaw the firm’s business operations.

Stephanie was named one of the Electronic Transaction Association’s (ETA) Forty Under 40 for 2019, an annual award that celebrates gamechangers in the payments technology industry. In 2018, she was selected from a list of 500 international nominees to participate in Money 20/20’s inaugural Rise Up program, an exclusive cohort of 35 women leaders in the financial services ecosystem. Stephanie is a member of the Advisory Board at Defynance, a fintech leverating income share agreements to refinance student loans.

As part of her commitment to strengthening diversity and inclusion in her industry, Stephanie helped found Women Driving Innovation with the mission to connect, inspire and showcase the next generation of female thought leaders in the technology industry. She has served as a member of the Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions’ (Wnet) Advisory Board. Stephanie is trilingual (Creole, English, French). She received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Barry University and an Executive Master of Business Administration in international business from Florida Atlantic University. Stephanie resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and their two children.

Jennifer Frasier is a seasoned HR professional with 25 years of experience within the technology, hospitality, healthcare, waste management and professional services industries.

She currently serves as the first leader of Inclusion & Diversity for FIS, the world's largest provider dedicated to financial technology solutions. In her role, she is responsible for developing and leading the company’s strategy to leverage inclusion and diversity as a change agent to respond to ever-evolving and complex global dynamics and to drive positive bottom-line impact. Prior to FIS, she worked in I&D roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Mercer.

Dietitian, STAT Wellness

Sarah earned her bachelor's and master's degrees at Auburn University, and completed her dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital. After working inpatient at Emory for 5 years, she decided she wanted to transition her career into more of a wellness-based space. She took some time off from clinical practice to pursue her dream of becoming a yoga teacher, while maintaining some part-time work with private nutrition clients on the side.

We are so thrilled to have Sarah on board at STAT wellness, where she can blend her passion for both wellness and nutrition together. When she's not at STAT or teaching yoga, you can find her at her apartment with her husband and two cats, either catching up on some reading and emails by the pool, or cooking a yummy meal that somehow manages to use most of the pans in the kitchen. It's her super power!

SVP, Product Management Executive Enterprise Payments – Merchant Services, Bank of America

Juan Garrido joined Bank of America in 2019 and leads the Global Banking Product team for Merchant Services while providing support to 10K+ global clients spanning Business Banking, Commercial and Large Corporate Banking. Juan is charged with orchestrating the overall product strategy and value proposition for large clients with complex banking and payment processing needs throughout various areas of the bank.

Prior to his current position, Juan spent 18 years at JP Morgan Chase and Co. in multiple leadership roles within Chase Merchant Services and Chase Card Services. During his tenure there, he played an integral role in leading the enablement and strategy of the bank’s proprietary payment network, ChaseNet. In addition, Juan also spent time leading initiatives to elevate the customer experience within the JPMC Payment Network Office.

Juan is a member of Bank of America's LGBTQ+ and Latino/Hispanic Executive Leadership Councils. In addition, he was selected to participate in Bank of America’s Diverse Leadership Sponsorship Program (DLSP).

Laura previously led as the Operations Executive for Featurespace, an award-winning fraud and risk management platform, enabling business growth and customer support in the US for the UK based company. Laura’s history includes a variety of experiences from supporting high profile mergers at Bank of America within eCommerce, the enterprise transition during the legacy Wachovia-Wells Fargo acquisition, and then implementing new technologies, products, and services with Ally Bank (an award winning digital bank) at the onset of its existence.

With a long list of accomplishments, Laura likes to point out that she is most proud of her role in launching a co-branded credit card product, establishing a PCI compliance program, and insourcing externally hosted applications and services. To enable the successful completion of these efforts, Laura managed cross-functional teams and budgets in excess of $40MM, developed business cases, identified long term strategic plans, identified and managed risk, and increased her seat at the leadership table..

Theresa Gongora is the EVP, Finance of Global Payments, a Fortune 500 company. In her role, she is the lead finance executive for Global Payment’s merchant solutions business, responsible for all financial planning activities of a multi-billion dollar, global operating segment.

Prior to her current role, Theresa was the head of corporate strategy at TSYS where she led strategic planning and corporate development. She was a key contributor in merger and acquisition activities which ultimately resulted in the $21.5B merger with Global Payments in September 2019.

Theresa is member of the Board of Directors of GPC Financial Corporation (GPCFC), a Federally Regulated Financial Institution (FRFI) in Canada. She is also a Wnet Past-President of the Board of Directors.

As a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Global Payments, Robyn Growe is responsible for executing talent strategies to maximize business profitability, performance and team member engagement.

Robyn joined the company in 2008 and has led the HR Business Partner function for several of Global Payments' business units. She and her teams currently partner with the Vertical Markets, International, and Issuer businesses and the Worldwide Product, Operations and Facilities functions.

In his 25 years at Discover, Matt has held leadership roles across Information Technology, Discover’s global Payments business, Lean Management, Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).

He is a graduate of Illinois State University where he and his wife have established the Matt & Sue Johanson Diversity in Technology endowment, and he holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Matt also serves on the Board of Directors of Little Friends, a Chicagoland non-profit organization serving children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Jodie brings over 25 years of experience managing and providing strategic guidance to large organizations. Prior to joining ETA, Jodie was at BSA where she had extensive responsibility for strategic, operational, legal and financial issues. As BSA’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, she oversaw the primary revenue generating activities for the organization, managed programs that supported the software industry in more than 30 countries and was a spokesperson for BSA and the business software industry in front of a wide variety of audiences.

Previously, Jodie served for six years as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Fannie Mae, a government-sponsored enterprise that helps provide liquidity, stability and affordability to the U.S. housing and mortgage markets. She was responsible for litigation management and advised the CEO, board of directors and business units on a wide range of issues. Before joining Fannie Mae, Jodie was a partner at Jenner & Block in Washington, D.C., where she managed teams of attorneys and paralegals and represented clients in litigation and before regulatory agencies.

With over 25 years experience in the Payments Industry, Monica’s primary focus has been Sales Strategy, Client Operations, Client Management and Client Implementations within the Merchant Services space. Monica is highly versed in complex client issue resolution, technical integrations, operational excellence and client advocacy.

Monica joined Bank of America’s Enterprise Payments team in March 2019 where she serves as Head of the Global Banking Merchant Services Portfolio team. Prior to this, Monica spent 7 years at Bank of America Merchant Services leading the Relationship Management and Implementation teams within the Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Business Banking segments. Her teams provide premier portfolio management, implementation of new products and services, managing client’s complex payments infrastructure and assisting clients to navigate the changes and expectations resulting from regulatory and compliance initiatives happening in the payments industry.

Edie Kirkman is the VP of Product Development, leading Fiserv’s Online Banking solutions in personal retail, small business, and treasury management. She leads the transformation of the engineering process and architecture strategy to enable the creation of new products faster to help financial institutions compete in this tough economy, as they encounter deposit erosion and heavy competition.
