Dawn Delaney serves as Vice President, FinTech & Innovation at J.P. Morgan Wholesale Payments within the Corporate Investment Bank. In this role, Dawn works with leading FinTech companies to integrate emerging technologies and solutions for clients within the merchant services and payment space.

Dawn joined J.P. Morgan in 1995 and has been a leader within the payments space and brings a wealth of industry experience to the firm. Dawn’s career has included serving in multiple roles in Wholesale Payments including Solutions, Business Development, Corporate Partnerships and Sales. Dawn has represented multiple industries including Digital, E-commerce, Insurance, Telecom and Financial Services.

Dawn currently serves on the Board for Wnet, which is Women in Payments, and has been a board member since 2019. In September of 2017, Dawn was awarded the Wnet “Industry Lean in to Lead Award” for her contributions to the organization, which helps women within the payments industry.

Dawn also currently serves on the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) Payment Facilitator operating committee to help provide ideas and insight to its members and enable Payment Facilitators to better understand this complex business model.
Dawn was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Gayathri Vasudev heads Global Clearing product at J.P. Morgan. Responsible for setting the strategy for Global Clearing, developing differentiated solutions to address market needs, she is focused on identifying and implementing business initiatives to maximize the P&L, and managing overall risk to ensure business soundness. Prior to this role, she headed a global team of Product Sales Specialists bringing consultative expertise to customers and business partners, driving delivery of innovative services and products to clients including Global Clearing, FX and J.P. Morgan’s blockchain based digital innovation, Liink.

She has 19+ years of experience in financial services and technology, including almost 14 years in a global career spanning roles in sales and product management in payments & treasury services supporting financial institutions. She has been a featured speaker/panelist in many industry forums such as IFSA, and NACHA, regional client conferences and the SWIFT business forum. She also represents J.P Morgan on the U.S Renminbi working group, BAFT Global Payments Industry Council ("GPIC”) and the Fed’s Wholesale Payments Advisory Group.

Gayathri has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering (hons.) from BITS, Pilani.
