This LIVE, online experience features award-winning leader Elizabeth Krear, Vice President, Electric Vehicle Practice, J.D. Power, an American consumer research, data and analytics firm. Moderator and PayTech Women Co-Founder Linda Perry, Retired Senior Vice President, Visa, Inc., will speak with Elizabeth about how women can change the auto industry, and the payments industry – as corporate leaders, career professionals and knowledgeable consumers.

Today, women buy 64% of cars, and 83% of auto purchases are influenced by women. Yet the automobile business is still dominated by men. Elizabeth and Linda will discuss how more women choosing careers in engineering and technology can positively influence diversity and help move women into leadership roles. She will share her experiences that can help you on your own career journey  –  after all, we all work for technology companies!

A supporter of the ERG for Women at Chrysler and founder of a new group at J.D. Power, Elizabeth will share career advice and how these groups are important in any industry, similar to their value in the paytech ecosystem.

As an expert in electric vehicle technology, Elizabeth will also enlighten us about the cars we will drive in the future and how women are driving real change as consumers and fintech leaders.

Following the discussion with Elizabeth and Linda, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
