As Director of Customer Success at Jaris, she leads partner relationships across a network of ISOs and payment processors, translating embedded lending products into merchant experiences that drive growth for small businesses. Her career spans credit operations, compliance automation and underwriting infrastructure, with a track record of building scalable ecosystems from the ground up at growth-stage fintechs including Jaris, Parker and SoFi.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Her approach to customer success is rooted in the mechanics of SMB lending - from identity verification and merchant onboarding to originations oversight. She believes the strongest partner relationships are built on operational transparency and product fluency. Charge Forward helps vertical software companies operationalize embedded finance - payments, lending, insurance, banking, payroll etc. Jane writes and speaks regularly on embedded finance, focusing on how it creates new revenue streams and durable platform moats for software companies.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Before founding Charge Forward, Jane spent over a decade in venture capital - first at Georgian investing in growth-stage B2B vertical SaaS companies, then at Information Venture Partners investing in fintech and financial software companies including Wisedocs, Empyrean, Helcim and Nue. Earlier in her career, Jane worked as a software engineer and solutions architect at ABBYY and Xerox and as a management consultant at Bain &amp; Company.
