Donna Orender is a highly respected corporate business leader, having led growth and innovation in several high-profile companies. Her career began in sports media, working for big corporate entities such as Cap Cities and challenger/start-up companies like Rainbow Programming. She even helmed her own media company before being recruited to the PGA TOUR. She led transformational growth during her 17 years at the PGA Tour leading global production, programming, distribution, brand management, digital and television strategy and negotiations, working in the Office of the Commissioner. She was recruited by Adam Silver to become the 2nd President of the WNBA, the Women’s National Basketball League, where the double-digit growth during her leadership in all business metrics was achieved against a very tough business environment and solidified the league.

Camye Mackey is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief People & DEI Officer for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena. Mackey leads the team responsible for strategic development and implementation of the people philosophy and culture. Under her leadership, the Hawks were named a 2021 and 2022 Top Workplace in Atlanta and the USA. Mackey was most recently named the 2022 Woman of the Year by the Georgia Diversity Council, 2023 CHRO of the Year by HRO Today, 2023 HBCU Culture Legacy Foundation Honoree and a 2023 Top Diversity and Inclusion Officer by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Prior to joining the Hawks, Mackey served in leadership roles for some of the nation’s most recognizable entertainment and hospitality brands including MGM Resorts International, Walt Disney World, Special Olympics International and B. F. Saul Hospitality Group (owned and operated Hilton, Marriott International and IHG hotels). In addition, she owned and operated a full-service HR Consulting firm that serviced notable clients such as the American Red Cross, Walt Disney World, George Mason University, Health Central Hospital and Special Olympics Florida.
Mackey holds an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Howard University. She has spoken at several human resource conferences and served on the board of directors at Virginia Tech’s Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Special Olympics Florida and currently resides on the Atlanta Community Food Bank Board of Directors and the Better Business Bureau BRIDGE Trustee Board among others.

After working as a speech-language pathologist, Laura DeThorne received her PhD in speech and hearing science in 2002. She served as faculty at the University of Illinois for 13 years, including administrative appointments as the director of undergraduate studies and associate head of speech and hearing science. She came to Western Michigan University and became the chair of the Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences in 2018.
Dr. DeThorne’s research examines the multiple factors that shape children’s communicative competence in everyday contexts, with a particular interest in the social communication practices related to autism, childhood apraxia of speech and use of augmentative and alternative communication. She has served as an associate editor for the American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology and has reviewed grants for a variety of national and international agencies.

In 2024, Alisa led Paysafe’s new branding identity launch, being promoted to CMO. Amanda Beam is a payments professional with nearly 20 years of experience. As the director of partner success at Maverick Payments, she oversees all partner channels, including internal, independent contractor and independent sales organizations.
She is recognized for her self-motivation, problem-solving skills and positive attitude. Beam is passionate about education and industry relations, having obtained ETA CPP certification in 2018.

He previously led the remote sales team, building a 50-person team across five sites. He’s managed sales, revenue and talent, focusing on client partnerships. With 20+ years of sales experience, Rob joined Chase in 2007.
Dr. Gail Burgos is the former Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer for TSYS and Senior Vice President, Diversity Equity Inclusion, at 1st Sentry. Upon retiring after 25 years with TSYS, Gail started her own consulting company and is currently the CEO of Burgos Consulting LLC.
Prior to retirement, Gail led Global Payments’ efforts to continue to build its inclusion and diversity efforts across the company. She previously served as the senior advisor to the chief information officer, supporting all business lines and aspects of the information technology business at legacy TSYS. With Burgos’ tenure at the company, she brought a wealth of knowledge and experience for the company’s customers and to the payment industry. Her passion and love for her company and its team members never went unnoticed. She maintained a strong understanding of the corporate culture, an impeccable leadership record and remained committed to the success of children, women and people from all walks of life.
Burgos received her undergrad in business administration from Columbus College, now Columbus State University, her master’s in human resource management from Troy State University and her Doctorate in organizational theory and leadership from University of Phoenix.

Diane Faro was the chief executive officer of JetPay Corp. (NASDAQ: JTPY), a leader in payment processing and payroll for nearly half a century. With locations in Addison, Texas; Carrollton, Texas; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Pensacola, Florida; and Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the company provided a single-vendor solution for payment services, debit and credit card processing, ACH services and payroll and human capital management needs for businesses. Diane was instrumental in the 2018 acquisition of JetPay by NCR Corporation. The addition of a direct payment processor and the expanded services of payroll and human resources services were key to the strategic direction of NCR, as the world’s No. 1 point of sale software provider for the retail and hospitality industries.
Before joining Savify, Diane became CEO at JetPay in May 2016, after serving on the company’s board of directors for two years. Before joining JetPay, she was president and partner of National Benefit Programs, which provides brand loyalty and discount programs for small to mid-sized businesses. She also served as President, Global Merchant Services, at First Data from 2005 to 2009, when she was responsible for over $1 billion in annualized revenues. From 2002 to 2005, Diane served as Alliance Group President for First Data Merchant Services, where she led strategic direction and was responsible for annualized revenues in excess of $600 million on processing volumes of $350 billion. Prior to that, she served as CEO of Chase Merchant Services for five years.

She is the PayTech Women (PTW) NYC Chapter Lead and was appointed to the President's Advisory Committee to the PTW Board in 2024.
Kimberly Ford is senior vice president, government relations, at Fiserv. She is responsible for development and implementation of the company’s global policy strategy and overall political advocacy engagement and represents Fiserv’s political interests as the company’s registered lobbyist in Washington, D.C. and Brussels.
Kim joined Fiserv from the U.S. Faster Payments Council, where she was the first executive director of the organization. Prior to her FPC work, she spent 15 years at First Data, starting her career there as manager of public policy and rising to become senior vice president, head of global government affairs. During her tenure at First Data, she authored several policy measures that were enacted into law, she oversaw the creation of the federal political action committee, and she worked to cultivate a greater awareness about the critical role that payment technology providers play in global commerce.
She was regional director for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson of Florida prior to First Data, and she worked in lobbying and communications roles for several Florida-based business trade associations before that.
Kim frequently covers payments issues as a featured speaker at industry and client conferences, and she has twice served as a subject matter expert witness to testify in front of the U.S. Congress.
Kim currently sits on the strategic advisory board for the fintech startup Identifee, and she was the founder of, and is board chair for, a payments processor-focused advocacy organization called the Payments Coalition. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Susan (Falck) Silcox is the deputy BSA officer and senior director of financial crimes systems and analysis at EverBank, N.A. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with a career largely focused on supporting the highly regulated areas of anti-money laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Susan has a proven track record of leading teams through bank mergers, a bank divestiture, a large bank consent order, and multiple internal audits and regulatory examinations.
