I am writing to ask for approval to attend the PayTech Women (PTW), annual Leaderships Summit, September 24 and 25, 2024, in Atlanta. PTW helps businesses empower female employees through a supportive network of cross-company peers and mentors. The Leadership Summit will provide access to this network in an immersive in-person environment. During this conference, I will have opportunities to learn from global leaders in the paytech industry with insights to help me individually and the company as a whole.
The registration fees include access to all conference activities, 40 educational sessions (many with CPP credit), four keynotes, the PTW awards ceremony, opening night networking reception, lunch on both days, closing general session and the heavy appetizer event. 3) How much does the conference cost?
Attendance at the Leadership Summit is an investment in yourself, but space is limited. Please visit registration for rates and additional information.
4) What does registration include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities, Breakout and Amplify! Mini-Sessions, Keynote General Sessions, the Awards Luncheon, Opening Night Networking Reception, Closing General Session and the Wine Down.

Breakfasts: NEW! Your registration now includes complimentary breakfasts at the Marriott on both Tuesday and Wednesday. (SpringHill Suites' guests already have breakfast included.) See the Agenda for more details.
Lunches will be available at stations in both the Marriott and Renaissance hotels, and all stations will offer the same options, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices. Seating will be available in Lounges, Phoenix and Ballrooms for those who wish to sit.
Desserts will be shared during afternoon breaks on Tuesday, sponsored by Payroc, and on Wednesday, sponsored by CashNet Solutions.

5) Can I attend the conference for only one day?
The registration rate covers attendance for both days. It is strongly recommended that you attend both days as this will ensure you have the best experience. We do not offer prorated conference rates.
6) Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
After you register, an email confirmation will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. If you are a PayTech Women member, please use your member email address to tie the event to your membership.
7) Will this event be live-streamed? Can I watch virtually?
This event will not be live-streamed or recorded.
8) Do the conference hotels offer a room block with discounted pricing?
A block of discounted rooms is being held at three (3) hotel properties in the Atlanta Airport Gateway Center Complex. All attendees will receive a special rate until September 2 or when the block sells out. To make your hotel reservations, click here.

10) Is there a free community shuttle service?
Yes, there is! If you are flying in, follow the PTW Wayfinders at the airport. The hotel is two minutes away from nearby Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport via the complimentary ATL SkyTrain. For more information on the SkyTrain, please click here.
11) I’m interested in speaking at the PayTech Women Leadership Summit. How can I be considered?
Thank you for your interest, however the Call for Speakers for the 2024 Leadership Summit closed on May 3, 2024.
12) Do I have to register for the conference if I’m presenting a session?
Yes, you must register for the conference if you are presenting a session.
13) I’m interested in sponsorship opportunities for the PayTech Women Leadership Summit. Where can I find sponsorship information?

14) Are men welcome to attend?
More than welcome! Many organizations send teams of women and men to advance equality in the workplace.
15) Will there be a nursing room for mother's made available?
Yes. Stop by the registration table for the key. Mother's room will be located in the Marriott | Westwind.
16) Who produces the Conference?
PayTech Women (PTW) owns and produces the Leadership Summit. PTW is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our Tax ID# is 20-402-8364.
17) If my plans change and I am unable to attend, can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Ticket transfers will be offered. All transfer requests must be made in writing. Please email info@paytechwomen.org by September 6, 2024 at 5 PM ET with the name, email, company name and phone number of the individual to whom your ticket should be transferred.
18) Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?
Yes, full refunds will be issued up until September 17, 2024, at 5 PM ET. All cancellations must be made in writing. If you need to cancel after that date, your registration fee can be credited toward a future Leadership Summit. Please email your cancellation request to info@paytechwomen.org.
19) Can I attend a morning workshop only and not the entire Leadership Summit?
Tuesday morning workshops are only open to conference attendees. With a fee, a separate registration is required.
20) Can I attend the Atlanta Chapter Event or other Meet Ups and not the entire Leadership Summit?
Yes. Our Atlanta Chapter and other Meet Ups on-site are open to individuals not attending the conference. These Tuesday morning activities will be held between 9:00 and 10:45 AM ET.
21) What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience. Business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day because meeting rooms are air conditioned.
22) I’m interested in volunteering at the Leadership Summit. How can I get involved?
Individuals interested in volunteering are invited to complete our Volunteer Interest Form. Volunteers will be responsible for paying conference registration fees.
