Kevin Taylor
Head of Global Card Operations
CIB Payments

As the Head of Global Card Operations for CIB Payments, Kevin leads a team of approximately 500 FTE located in 10 different facilities globally. Global Card Operations is comprised of several Back Office functions of the Merchant Acquiring, Prepaid Card and Commercial Card businesses. Kevin also manages several other Operations utilities that provides services to a variety of JPMC product offerings.

He has over 25 years of Financial Services experience and has been with JPMC since 2015. Previously, he held leadership positions with HSBC and Capital One. Kevin has an MBA in Business Management.

Outside interests include family time (4 kids), beach vacations, playing golf and basketball and coaching youth sports teams.
