Celebrating 20 Years of Empowerment
Since 2005, PayTech Women has empowered women in tech and finance with the resources, connections and opportunities to rise, thrive and lead. As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to advancing gender equity and creating a future where all women can succeed. Read our full position statement here.
At the core of PayTech Women is the vision to create a world where a woman’s potential is as unlimited as her ambition. The U.S. Supreme Court’s action to overturn Roe v. Wade is a profound change that deeply affects so many of us, especially women. PTW respects differing views on this highly emotive and personal topic. Read our full position statement here.
As a women’s organization, we are anchored in the belief that everyone deserves an equal opportunity and professional parity. Let us stand together, stronger than ever, against the hatred, oppression, abuse of power, and rampant discrimination that plague our society. Read our full position statement here.

PayTech Women, formerly Wnet, was founded in 2005 by Linda Perry, Diane (Faro) Vogt and Holli Targan as a networking forum for women in the payments acquiring industry. Their goal was to provide opportunities for women in the industry to connect, share resources and support each other to grow and achieve career success.

As our offerings grew, so did the organization. Today, PayTech Women serves a diverse community of women – and the men who advocate for us – from across the payment and fintech ecosystem.

In 2020, Wnet marked 15 years of creating a stronger and more diverse industry by empowering and investing in women. A grand celebration was held during the Wnet 2021 Leadership Summit in Atlanta, GA.
