Non-Profit Celebrates a Milestone Year of Growth, Impact and Vision for Equity and Opportunity in the Payments Ecosystem Columbus, Georgia – May 13, 2025 – PayTech Women, (PTW), the only non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in the payments and fintech industry, has released its 2024 Annual Report, showcasing another year of record growth, engagement and progress as it celebrates 20 years of lasting industry impact in 2025. The two-page visual report highlights the organization’s record-breaking performance across membership, education, sponsorship, volunteerism and digital engagement – all driven by PayTech Women’s unwavering commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable industry. 2024 Highlights:6,500+ members across all career levels, a 20% increase over 2023 264 male advocates – an all-time high and a 22% increase Another record-breaking annual in-person conference –the Leadership Summit, sponsored by FIS – with registrations up 6% and educational programming increased by 59% 56 corporate partners, including 22 new in 2024, and twice as many Pinnacle sponsors – the highest tier – with Discover and JPMorgan Chase joining FIS and Fiserv at the top Sponsorships included 50 industry organizations who supported programs and events with almost $840K – a generous 22% increase over the previous year Fundraising garnered nearly $41,500 from 76 individual donations, up 138% and 322%, respectively Digital engagement across web, social channels and member app grew in 2024, including a record 76% increase in app users More than 2,280 volunteer members to date – including 1,445 Mentors, 242 Inclusion Groups participants, 36 Chapter Leaders, 86 Corporate Champions and many serving on the Board, Committees, Councils and Task Forces
