The Stories We Tell Ourselves

Our minds play tricks on us constantly. They’re wired that way. Join us as we understand the brain’s neurology and how our thinking distorts our reality. As both leaders and women, these myths can break relationships, undermine our credibility and severely impact our health, all because of our thinking and assumptions.

We will uncover these myths and share a plan for how to overcome this neurology in everyday interactions and leadership situations. We will also dig into how humans communicate and the proper ways to align by channel.

Attendees will gain insights into real-world use cases, ecosystem players and the strategic considerations shaping this transformation in financial services.

You will walk away with:

  • The three beliefs most people have and how they impact our leadership and life
  • Simple tools to overcome these beliefs with examples to elevate your leadership style both personally and professionally
  • An understanding of how innate human communication works and the impact when used through modern technology and devices
