Summit 2026 Call for Speakers Key Details

We seek dynamic speakers to bring our curated content sessions to life at the PayTech Women Leadership Summit, taking place November 3-4 in Atlanta, Georgia.
 
Rather than submitting new content ideas, applicants will be considered for pre-selected session topics that align with our strategic themes and Summit tracks:

  • CONNECT: Building Influence & Partnerships
Ideal candidates are professionals who can infuse energy, insight and real-world experience into sessions focused on leadership development, payments industry trends and professional growth.
 
Whether you are a seasoned panelist, an engaging moderator or a compelling breakout session speaker, we invite you to apply and contribute to meaningful conversations that elevate our community.
 
Ideal Speaker Profiles
PayTech Women prioritizes applicants who:
  • Bring fresh perspectives, lived experiences and real-world success stories
  • Deliver practical, actionable takeaways for attendees
  • Are senior-level, executive or C-suite professionals
  • Have a proven track record of audience engagement and storytelling
  • Bring 5+ years of public speaking or facilitation experience
All speaker submissions will be reviewed by our volunteer 2026 Leadership Summit Content Committee and evaluated based on alignment with our themes and tracks, audience value and speaker experience.

Summit 2026 Important Notes

Speaker proposals are reviewed based on the criteria outlined above. Due to limited program capacity, not all qualified submissions will be selected. If you are not selected for this year’s PayTech Women Leadership Summit, we encourage you to apply again in future years.
 
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, PayTech Women does not provide speaker honorariums or reimburse travel expenses. However, speaking at the Summit provides meaningful visibility, industry recognition and networking opportunities with hundreds of global payments and fintech professionals. All event revenue is reinvested directly into our mission and programs that advance women in payments and fintech.
 
Key Information for Selected Speakers

Selected speakers will be contacted via email and provided with their session date, time slot and a Speaker Agreement.

  • Session times are largely pre-determined and changes are limited.
  • Speakers must have written approval from their employer to participate and confirm travel ability prior to signing the Speaker Agreement.
  • The Speaker Agreement must be returned promptly upon selection notification.
