Mousumi Chatterjee is a Director at Bank of America, based in Plano, Texas. Her team supports enterprise scale Payment gateway product initiatives at the intersection of risk management, data and technology, partnering closely with cross functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable omni channel solutions. Mousumi has been with Bank of America for 24 years leading large transformations in Consumer Banking, Payments and Merger and acquisitions. She leads the third party alternate payment models including Marketplace and Payment Facilitators strategy for the Bank. From an Agentic Commerce perspective, she is part of several Industry forums and the product strategy Go To Market leader for the Bank.
Robert McMillon Director Bank of America Merchant Services
Robert McMillon is a Director at Bank of America Merchant Services, where his SECURE team builds the products that keep merchants safe: encryption, tokenization, fraud tools, PCI compliance, and data compromise response. Over nearly 30 years in payments and security, Rob has held product and security leadership roles at Visa, Verifone, Elavon, and RSA. He is a member of Bank of America's agentic commerce working group and one of the organization's leading internal experts on the intersection of security and autonomous commerce.
