PTW Mentor Match, powered by Art of Mentoring

NEW Mentor Match to Elevate Your Career Potential

Throughout our careers, we often desire mentor relationships that are deeper and longer-term, allowing you to ask multiple questions, share your full list of goals and aspirations and get more frequent and more personal feedback and guidance. The NEW Mentor Match program uses the unique Art of Mentoring platform to pair members with seasoned industry pros for a focused six‑month program (September 2025-May 2026) to create these relationships.

With monthly check‑ins and scheduled “Art of Mentoring” training, both mentors and mentees engage in purposeful conversations via our online platform – with training, curated resources, direct access to the Program Manager and timely support.

Mentees gain confidence, clarity, communication finesse, leadership insight and tailored career guidance. Mentors expand their leadership toolkit, sharpen interpersonal skills, gain fresh perspectives and grow their professional brand – all while making a meaningful impact.
