Stronger Together: Women Supporting WomenPayTech Women is proud to launch the Tennessee Chapter, creating a dedicated regional community for women across payments, fintech and financial services to connect and advocate together. The Tennessee Chapter will serve as a hub for relationship building and professional development and growth. This launch event marks the beginning of a local ecosystem designed to move women forward through meaningful connection and intentional support. This 90-minute virtual event will introduce the chapter's co-chairs, provide a call to action on growth across the footprint and set the tone for how PTW Tennessee will show up for its members and for the broader industry.

Terra Wallace-Hearn is the Senior Vice President of Learning and Development for U.S. Bank's Payments Division, where she partners closely with business and product leaders to build enterprise learning strategies that support growth, transformation and innovation across the payment’s ecosystem. Recognized as Change Agent of the Year by the Global Association of Women in Payments in 2020, her leadership bridges the gap between learning, talent development and business outcomes. With more than a decade of experience in payments, Terra has worked across complex, regulated environments to help teams translate strategy into execution, building capability in product, sales and leadership while keeping people at the center of change. She has led enablement for digital payment solutions, emerging technologies and go-to-market transformations, equipping teams to navigate the rapidly evolving fintech landscape. She is known for her ability to connect learning, talent and business outcomes in practical, meaningful ways. Terra has been with U.S. Bank for over 12 years and is deeply engaged in the community and driving meaningful impact and serves in several leadership, advisory and mentoring roles. Terra lives in Atlanta with her husband and three-year-old daughter. Her interests include traveling, live theatre, game nights with her family and self-care.
