Her career spans credit operations, compliance automation and underwriting infrastructure, with a track record of building scalable ecosystems from the ground up at growth-stage fintechs including Jaris, Parker and SoFi. Her approach to customer success is rooted in the mechanics of SMB lending - from identity verification and merchant onboarding to originations oversight.
