Angela brings decades of business development expertise in both technology and payments.

With a deep understanding of hyper growth tech startups including her time in the early years at GoDaddy, Web.com and Chargezoom, she has also been involved with the Payments Industry as a leader of strategic partnerships at Heartland - a Global Payments company. Angela built on her tenure with Constellation Payments and Jonas Software.

She is now focusing her time to help organizations educate and empower the women in their organizations, consulting various startups and enjoying her passion of photography.

Audney DePaulo has spent the majority of his career working with ultra-high net work families, foundations and endowments to offer advice on multiple aspects of their financial well-being. Today, he focuses on creating customers strategies for a select number of families across the United States in the areas of asset allocation, estate planning service for multiple generations, liability management and the psychological effects of significant wealth on family dynamics.

Audney brings more than two decades of experiences to his role, having recently joined Morgan Stanley after spending 20 years at Merrill Lynch. He holds two bachelor’s degees from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Southern California.

To better understand the unique needs of ultra high net worth clients, Audney has earned the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation from the College for Financial Planning. 

 

Matt Dubois

Matt Dubois discovered his passion for disruptive technology while in college where he wrote his first app. In less than a year the software was sold to SPX (NYSE: SPX). Matt dropped out of school and began his entrepreneurial journey. He has been featured in dozens of publications, including: Inc., Forbes, TechCrunch, Entrepreneur, PYMNTS, Digital Transactions Magazine and the Orange County Business Journal.

In the years after college Matt founded Cloud 9, an accounting application provider and hosting company, it was acquired by HostPapa, a global leader in webhosting. He also founded voiceovers.com as a part-time side project, built it to 45,000 members across the globe and sold it within 18 months to Tiny Capital (TSXV: TINY).

With three successful exits under his belt, he is now on his fourth and most ambitious venture; Chargezoom, an open payments network driven by AI.
