Our protocols are designed to protect the Wnet community, and are intended to allow you to relax and connect with your peers. - All attendees will be required to either provide proof of full vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to November 3, 2021.
- Attendees are required to comply with local Covid regulations during event.
- The Grand Hyatt Buckhead has enacted a Safety First, Wellbeing Always approach with additional Covid cleanliness protocols.
- Programming will include additional options beyond the traditional breakout rooms, allowing attendees to spread out and enjoy a variety sessions and interactions.
- At this time, we have capped our attendance at 300. Session rooms will be set in tables or otherwise separated, allowing physical distancing.
- Our food events will be served buffets, served hors d’oeuvres or sit-down served meals.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided to all, as well as available in sanitizing stations throughout the event.
