Swee-May Ngeow is a Vice President in Visa’s North America Product organization, serving as the Head of Client Strategy & Solutions. In this role, May is responsible for defining and driving the product market strategy for North America. She does so by engaging with clients on their strategies and needs, keeping a pulse on the ever-evolving market needs and trends, then crafting and spearheading an executable strategy to ensure that Visa’s products and solutions meet the needs of our diverse North American clients. Her teams are also responsible for bringing relevant Visa products and capabilities to the dynamic US market by developing go-to-market strategy, commercialization and pre-sale execution for Visa product initiatives. She brings global leadership experience in both strategy and delivery excellence, to ultimately help clients accelerate their payment journeys, drive growth and form a deeper relationship with Visa.

May has extensive experience in the payments space as a thought leader. Prior to joining Visa, May was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading Cards and Digital & Emerging Payments in Accenture’s Payments practice. During her time there, she advised players across the payments landscape, from FinTech’s to Fortune 100s, on priority initiatives such as payments and digital transformations, technology modernization and innovation.
