Elizabeth McMillan Director of Corporate Communications Fiserv Elizabeth is the Director of Corporate Communications at Fiserv. Her passion is strategic communications that develop company culture and advance sales, marketing and public relations.
For more than 18 years, I have positioned, polished and pitched companies (large or small), their leaders (willing or reticent) and products (new or legacy) in financial services, high tech and consumer spaces. Through rigorous planning, research and purposeful communications, I've helped launch start-ups, position companies for acquisition, transition companies through mergers, rebrand products and organizations, grow market share and minimize the impact of incidents.
My experience includes PR planning, execution and evaluation; message development; post-merger or acquisition rebranding; brand building, awareness and management; media and speaker training; analyst and media relations; public speaking; strategic PR counsel to executives; expert source development; team leadership and management; event planning and trade show support; crisis communications planning and execution; and writing and editing. 
Britt Zarling Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications Fiserv
Britt Zarling is Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Fiserv. In her role, Zarling leads global communications initiatives, including communications strategies for mergers and acquisitions, integrated brand-building programs, leadership communications programs, perception coaching, crisis communications, associate communications, and culture-building and engagement strategies for the $16 billion company.
Zarling led the communications strategy to redefine the company’s vision and mission cultural framework, launch of its naming rights agreement for Fiserv Forum, the home of NBA Champions Milwaukee Bucks, and the Fiserv annual client conference. Under Zarling’s communications leadership, Fiserv achieved distinction as a FORTUNE® World’s Most Admired Company for eight consecutive years, as well as significant year-over-year increases in associate engagement. With more than 20 years of corporate communications, brand and culture-building experience, Zarling’s background includes managing communications and brand identity programs at Zizzo Group for clients in diverse industries, and began her career at GE, where she built her communications expertise in various capacities across multiple GE businesses and industries. Zarling is a member of Page (Arthur W. Page Society), The Seminar and Communications 50. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications for the University of Wisconsin.
