Hannah Lee is an expert in the People & Organizational Performance Practice at McKinsey & Company. She helps organizations unlock the full potential of their people to realize their business strategy and sustain performance over time, with a focus on culture and change, talent, and organizational effectiveness and design. In her role, she partners with Fortune 500 companies across industries including healthcare, consumer and retail, and telecommunications.

Before joining McKinsey & Company, Hannah worked at Optum as a Human Capital Consultant, leading large-scale culture, transformation, and integration efforts. Prior to Optum, she was part of the Human Capital Leadership Development Program at UnitedHealth Group, serving in a variety of roles including HRBP, and positions in People Analytics, Compensation, and Talent Management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
