Fintech Fridays x PTW ATLOur PayTech Women ATL Chapter is joining an existing, curated gathering called Fintech Fridays to bring together professionals across the Atlanta payments and fintech ecosystem in a more relaxed, social setting.
These events are intentionally casual - designed to make it easier for people to connect naturally, have real conversations and build relationships beyond traditional networking formats. The group typically includes a mix of operators, builders and leaders across fintech, payments and adjacent industries.
It’s also a great space to exchange perspectives on what’s happening across the industry - from emerging artificial intelligence and technology trends, to key decisions coming out of Capitol Hill that directly impact our work in fintech and payments.
For our PTW ATL Chapter, this is an opportunity to engage with companies and individuals who may not typically attend our more formal programming opportunities, expanding our reach and visibility while staying true to our mission of connection and growth.
We’ll have a light presence at the event, including a brief introduction to PayTech Women and various ways for folks to get involved, while keeping the overall tone aligned with the organic, community-driven nature of the gathering.
Agenda/Schedule:
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Arrival + casual mingling + sharing resources / swag
6:30 - 6:45 PM: Brief PTW ATL introduction (mission + get involved)
6:35 - 7:00 PM: Continued social connection + open conversation

Creative Strategist and Connector in Fintech and Payments
Jess Jones is a creative strategist and connector in fintech and payments, bringing together product, partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive meaningful growth. Her experience spans operations, customer experience, product marketing and product management- giving her a practical, big-picture view of how teams move from idea to impact.
She’s deeply involved in the Atlanta fintech community through PayTech Women and FinTech Atlanta, and also works closely with students and universities to help open doors into fintech. Jess is passionate about building real community, mentoring talent and creating spaces where people, ideas and opportunities can compound into real, lasting impact.  Olivia Held
