• What qualifies - or disqualifies - a resume from moving forward
• How recruiters evaluate career pivots, non‑linear paths and transferable skills
• Common mistakes candidates make (and how to avoid them)

Whether you’re actively job searching, considering a career shift or simply looking to better position yourself for future opportunities, this session offers transparent guidance straight from the source - no scripts, no fluff, just real talk about careers.

Jenna Klugh-Davis is the Founder and Managing Director of Davis Talent, a payments and fintech recruitment firm, where she leads a team of experienced recruiters who work closely with candidates and organizations to create long-term, successful matches. She brings extensive experience to recruiting through her background in payments and fintech, specializing in placing management and executive-level talent. Jenna is passionate about helping candidates navigate their job searches and building meaningful, long-term matches that align organizational goals with individual aspirations, supporting both career growth and lasting retention.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and is an active member and volunteer with PayTech Women, formerly known as Women Networking in Electronic Payments, as well as CC Writers. Jenna also serves on the board of the Salida Cyclones Swim Team and regularly delivers both virtual and in-person presentations for industry and community events.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, snowshoeing and camping. She lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband and two children.
