Speaker: Rebecca Walden Author and Founder Walden & Co.
Rebecca works at the intersection of revenue, go-to-market strategy and positioning in payments. By day, she leads Operations at Corvia, where she focuses on aligning execution with growth across a complex, evolving business. She is also the founder of Walden & Co, a strategic advisory firm partnering with founders, ISOs, sponsor banks and growth-stage fintechs. Rebecca is typically brought in when something is working, but not yet clicking at the level it should be. Growth is uneven. The story isn’t landing. The economics don’t fully align. She doesn't approach her work as a traditional consultant. She works closely with leadership teams as a thinking partner, helping connect the dots between margin, message and momentum Furthermore, she is a speaker and moderator across various formats (fireside chats, panels, emcee hosting and workshops) at conferences around the world. Rebecca recently published her second book. "You Have a Gift to Bring" is a personal extension of how she thinks about growth, resilience and identity. It reflects a core belief she brings into both life and work: Hardship, when channeled intentionally, becomes fuel. If you’re building, scaling or rethinking how your business grows, she is always open to a thoughtful conversation. Rebecca has also been the PTW Summit Co-Chair since Oct 2023.
