Nickoria’s main goal is to transform how organizations work: uniting people, technology and culture to drive enterprise growth and employee and client engagement. Nickoria is the current Board Chair for Nexus Recovery Center, an Advisor for Girl Scouts of NE Texas and leads a Career Equipping Center non-profit. She resides in the Dallas area and is a mom/bonus mom to 7 children and a bonus grandmother of 3. In her spare time, Nickoria enjoys all things dance, plays a decent round of golf every now and again and is a huge supporter of girls and women in STEM.
