The Branding Committee will act as a sounding board for marketing strategies and tools, promote PTW events and programs – both on social media and in-person, and provide feedback on marketing activities as requested by the internal PTW marketing team.
Time Commitment: Service on this committee is a one-year term with an opportunity to renew for an additional year. The committee leader will meet with members monthly. Social channel support to promote PTW requires approximately 1 hour per week.

The purpose of this committee is to provide input and guidance to help PayTech Women’s network of chapters evolve. This committee will include chapter leaders from around the world. This group will also advise PTW staff and Board of Directors on challenges faced by local chapters and recommended solutions. Work with PTW staff to develop a governance policy for the chapters.

This Committee is integral to our overall member engagement. They work to identify individual within the PTW membership who have a unique story to tell or are rising starts within our industry. This team of volunteers will work with the staff and a team of volunteers across all the priority teams to crafts stories for our website and newsletter. This committee will also find unique opportunities to recognize and celebrate members who are gamechangers in our industry.

The Coaching Committee leads the coaching offer to members. Reviews, evaluates and accepts coaches into the coaching offering.

The Corporate Champion Committee members come together quarterly to discuss best practices for engagement of their staff and PTW. In addition, the group encourages interaction between internal women’s groups and PTW.

Our events are not possible without volunteers. PayTech Women holds events monthly at the national and chapter level. Responsibilities include working with the VP of Membership Relations and Content Strategy to plan programming that cover topics that are relevant and necessary for women in the payments and fintech industry to equip them with the leadership skills required to advance in their careers. Help is needed in brainstorming topics, securing speakers, and promoting the events.

The Finance Committee is charged with monitoring the financial health of the organization and ensuring that its assets are protected, its resources are used properly, and that the organization complies with all applicable laws and reporting requirements as they relate to the management of finances.

The Governance Committee is charged with reviewing and updating the bylaws and policy documents of the organization. In addition this committee monitors ongoing operations of the organization and identifies any needed changes to operations or operation documents to ensure we are in compliance with bylaws and policies.

Assists the VP of Membership Recruitment and the VP of Partnerships with recruitment of new PTW members at the individual and corporate level. Responsibilities include developing a year-round membership recruitment campaign and assisting with personally reach out to prospective members via phone and email.
