Just before Christmas 2021, members of the Wnet Phoenix Chapter made a delicious holiday dinner of ham, turkey, macaroni and cheese, green beans, rolls and an assortment of homemade desserts for the families staying at their local Ronald McDonald House. We were so very grateful to be provided this opportunity to serve our community.
For more than 36 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central and Northern Arizona has provided a “home-away-from-home” for families traveling to the Valley for medical care for their children, offering an atmosphere of comfort, hope and courage. Dinnertime Heroes presents home-cooked meals to guest families to relieve some stress during their stay. Each dinner group is responsible for selecting their own menu and bringing the necessary ingredients to feed between 25-35 people.
