PayTech Women New York (NYC) Chapter hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion on January 26: Fintech & Payments: The Big Questions. This discussion
was highly topical and drew a large turnout of members, prospective members and male advocates.
The engaging event was spearheaded and moderated by Liza Tillinghast, JPMC Sr. Relationship Manager and PayTech NYC Chapter leadership team member, and it was hosted and sponsored by JPMorgan Chase.

The thought leaders who spoke on the panel included:
- Michael Little, Global Head of Strategic Trends at JPMorgan Chase
- Sasha Pilch, Principal, FinCapital and the founder of NYC Fintech Women
- Sara Elinson, Partner & Principal EY-Parthenon
- Rina Bakhtiani, Head of Cross Vertical Payments Bank of America
The dialogue focused on trends in fintech and payments, new vertical solutions, embedded payments, fraud, synergies between payments and FinTechs, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and CBDCs.
Everyone enjoyed speaking with prospective new members and reconnecting with existing friends. We always have a lot to share and learn from one another. We are looking forward to great events to come in 2023…we have only just begun!
