Women in the Workplace is a study of the state of women in corporate America conducted annually by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company. The Women in the Workplace study is one of the largest comprehensive studies of the state of women in corporate America. Since 2015, 462 companies employing almost 20 million people participated – making it the most comprehensive annual review of its kind.
The study is an annual research effort that provides benchmarks on talent pipeline, HR practices and employees’ experiences related to career advancement, work-life issues and diversity. It gives companies and employees the information they need to advance women and improve gender diversity within their organizations. During this session, Grace will share the results of the latest research and compare how the payments industry compares to other industries in key areas related to the hiring, advancement and experiences of women in the workplace.

Vivian Greentree, Ph.D., is a Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Citizenship and President of the Fiserv Cares Foundation at Fiserv, where she has created award winning employee-centric programming while driving diversity and inclusion and community investment efforts and culture-development. Vivian joined Fiserv through the Fiserv acquisition of First Data in 2019, where she served in the same capacity. Before launching First Data’s Office of Corporate Citizenship, she joined First Data as the Head of Military and Veteran Affairs in February 2014. In recognition of First Data’s success under Vivian’s leadership, First Data was ranked #1 on Military Times’ Best for Vets: Employers in 2017, 2018, and again in 2019. Prior to joining First Data, Vivian co-founded Blue Star Families, the largest national military family organization in the country where she created and oversaw BSF’s groundbreaking and now annual Military Family Lifestyle Survey, which examines a broad spectrum of issues affecting modern-day military families, including a military community civic health index.
Vivian is a Navy veteran and with leadership experience across public, non-profit, and private sectors. In 2019 she was accepted into the prestigious Presidential Leadership Scholar program, designated a City of Alexandria “40 Under 40,” and was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a “Veteran Who Means Business.” In 2020, she was awarded Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Vivian is dedicated to creating positive spaces for citizens to thrive and firmly believes organizations and communities are powered by people and that human capital management is the key for effective organizations and a flourishing, civically engaged society. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dog Tag Bakery, a veteran entrepreneurship incubator, is on the Board of Advisors for Girl Scouts of America’s Greater Atlanta Council, and the Alumni Association Advisory Board for the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. Most recently, she joined the Board of Directors for the Red Cross of Georgia. She is a proud military spouse, married to a recently retired Naval Aviator, and together they have two boys, ages 16 and 14.

She brings the unique mix of engineering and finance that enhances her ability to understand and meet client business requirements while delivering revenue and profit objectives.
Leslie is a graduate of Northwestern University earning a degree in Electrical Engineering. She earned her Master’s degree in Business at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, Leslie joined IBM as a Mainframe Systems Engineer in the financial sector. Her passion for her customers, employees and product portfolio enabled her to take on multiple sales leadership roles including Vice President Global Software Sales, Vice President North America Inside Sales and Director of Global Sales Center Delivery.
Leslie joined Comcast Cable Communication as the Vice President of Sales and Retention Operations. In this role, she was responsible for streamlining operations, reducing expense, growing revenue and customer retention. As a member or NAMIC, Leslie was recognized as one of the Most Influential Minorities in Cable in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Leslie has been a Trustee for Whitefield Academy in Mableton, GA, for the past nine years.

A 15-year industry veteran, Genevieve Dozier currently serves as a Client Business Executive at Fiserv for more than 20 ISOs and Payment Facilitators managing sales, contracts, business analysis and strategy to grow revenue.
She began her career and spent 10 years at BB&T with her most notable role being VP, Merchant Services where she was the youngest and only female reporting to the President and was responsible for Product, Pricing Strategy, and Marketing for a portfolio of 57,000 merchant accounts processing $18 Billion in annual volume as well as sales training and sales support for 80 sales reps. She next became the Channel Marketing Manager at Ingenico and then the Senior Director of Financial Institution Business Development at CardConnect prior to the First Data acquisition.
Along with her professional excellence, Genevieve has taken an active role in volunteerism for Wnet as a Member since 2016, Corporate Champion Leader, and Member Ambassador, and is currently serving her second term on the Board of Advisors. Diane Faro was the chief executive officer of JetPay Corp. (NASDAQ: JTPY), a leader in payment processing and payroll for nearly half a century. With locations in Addison, Texas; Carrollton, Texas; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Pensacola, Florida; and Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the company provided a single-vendor solution for payment services, debit and credit card processing, ACH services, and payroll and human capital management needs for businesses. Diane was instrumental in the 2018 acquisition of JetPay by NCR Corporation.
Diane became CEO at JetPay in May 2016, after serving on the company’s board of directors for two years. Before joining JetPay, she was president and partner of National Benefit Programs, which provides brand loyalty and discount programs for small to mid-sized businesses. She also served as President, Global Merchant Services, at First Data from 2005 to 2009, when she was responsible for over $1 billion in annualized revenues. F
She is a past president of the Electronic Transaction Association (2004-2005) and served as an ETA board member for nine years. She also served on advisory boards for Visa and MasterCard and held board positions with Merchant Link and Front Stream Payments.

Crystal has been a member of Wnet since 2018. She serves as a Champion of Champions, the Global Payments Corporate Champion, member of the Atlanta Chapter, Membership Ambassador and served on the Silent Auction Sub Committee for the 2019 Leadership Conference. Joan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Merchant’s PACT. Previously she served as CEO of ControlScan from late 2007 until May 2017, when it was acquired by EchoSat. Prior to joining ControlScan, Joan was CEO of Cambia Security, Inc. until its acquisition by nCircle Security in April 2007. Prior to Cambia, Joan served as CEO of XcelleNet, Inc.
A long-standing contributor to the Georgia technology community, Joan sat for many years on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, and served as its Chairman in 2008. She currently serves as immediate Past President of Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet), the advisory board for the University of Kentucky Computer Science department and the board of BrewAble, a non-profit in her community that focuses on providing employment to disabled adults.
Joan holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and a BA in French from the University of Louisville. In 2011, she was inducted into the University of Kentucky's College of Engineering Hall of Distinction.

She joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 from Standard Chartered Bank, where she established the firm’s eXellerator innovation labs throughout EMEA and APAC which were created to spearhead digital innovation & collaboration globally. While there, she led cross industry initiatives with leading technology and financial services companies. Prior to Standard Chartered, Tammy was with Westpac Group, where she led product development of the award winning LOLA and BT Panorama platforms. In the prior 15 years, Tammy co-founded, invested in and has served as a board advisor for a number of technology start-ups.

Mandy Killam

Mandy Killam is ACI Worldwide’s Head of North America Commercial and responsible for leading the company’s revenue growth strategy across customer segments in the U.S. and Canada. She uses her more than 25 years in the payments industry, roots in payments software development, experience in P&L management and deep understanding of Customer Success to orchestrate ACI’s go-to-market initiatives and key partnerships to drive payments opportunities in these markets.
Mandy started her career in payments with First Data, where she served as an engineer before advancing into a variety of leadership roles in Technology in the U.S. and the U.K. For the last 14 years, Mandy has held leadership roles at ACI Worldwide in Technology, Product Management, Acquisition Integration, Growth Markets Development, Operations and P&L Management. She has served in her current role since January 2021 and continues to help expand ACI’s share of the rapidly-growing electronic payment transaction opportunity in critical North American markets.
Mandy is an avid equestrian who competes in show jumping, and she is active in many charities related to animal rescue and welfare. She and her husband Kris, a professional rider and trainer, live in Ocala, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska.
Diana Mehochko

For more than three decades, Diana Mehochko has built a successful career in financial services and payments technology, with solutions-focused leadership and excellence in strategic development, planning and execution.
In 2019, Mehochko brought her professional expertise to NCR as chief operating officer for payment solutions and vice president, operations. Among other duties, Mehochko is responsible for the overall direction of payment processing and gateway operations, focusing on process improvements, automation, service delivery excellence, and alignment and prioritization of integrated payments supporting strategic growth platforms. She also oversees operations in HR and payroll services.
Before joining NCR, Mehochko served as president of DMM Consulting, leading all marketing, revenue generation and business operations while delivering business services to clients. Prior to that, she was chief operating officer for StrategicHealthSolutions, a company focused on ensuring the sustainability of America’s healthcare system. Mehochko led internal operations, business development, financial management and consulting functions – streamlining operations and achieving significant income growth.
Earlier in her career, Mehochko served as president of TSYS Merchant Solutions for TSYS (Total Systems Services Inc.) – a top 10 payment processor – where she managed merchant processing, including development of strategic business plans and P&L accountability for merchant operations. She also drove a 600 percent increase in earnings. Mehochko held several leadership roles with Chase Merchant Services, the nation’s largest bankcard processor, finally serving as chief operating officer. She was vice president – sales manager for First USA Merchant Services, where she presented and sold bankcard services and led the top-performing sales team over nine states.
Mehochko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration-finance from Western Illinois University. She also completed a range of professional training coursework, including programs offered through Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Mehochko has served in community leadership positions throughout her career and has held various chair and member positions. She sits on the Electronic Transaction Association board as a Presidential Advisory Board member; serves the American Transaction Processors Council board in the newly created role of secretary of the Executive Committee; and is a member of the Discover Acquirers Council.

Jodie Kelley is the chief executive officer for the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the global trade association representing more than 500 payments technology companies. ETA members make commerce possible by processing annually $7 trillion in payments across North America and a staggering $21 trillion globally.
Jodie brings over 25 years of experience managing and providing strategic guidance to large organizations. Prior to joining ETA, Jodie was at BSA where she had extensive responsibility for strategic, operational, legal and financial issues. As BSA’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, she oversaw the primary revenue generating activities for the organization, managed programs that supported the software industry in more than 30 countries and was a spokesperson for BSA and the business software industry in front of a wide variety of audiences.

In her tenure at TSYS, Moss excelled at product development and strategy for commercial payments solutions, in which she collaborated with other payment industry experts. She was responsible for the strategic direction of innovative and emerging technologies. She is also experienced in managing financial services products throughout several phases of the product management lifecycle, from launch to market entry. Moss has contributed to multiple key product development initiatives, including strategic ePayables products and services in market. She was responsible for the successful design, development, launch, and management of TSYS Supplier Enrollment and Enablement service, designed to increase and maintain supplier acceptance of virtual card payments.
Moss currently chairs the Events Committee for the Global Payments Women’s Network, in which she is dedicated in supporting GPWN’s strategy. Prior to this, she chaired the Professional Development Council for TSYS’s women’s network, The Thread. She is on the Board for Women United in Columbus, Georgia, and co-chairs its Event Committee. Prior to joining FIS, she was the Senior Vice President and Head of Debit Processing for First Data Corporation, where she oversaw the P&L and provided leadership by recruiting, coaching, communicating strategies, assigning accountabilities, planning, and appraising job results. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she advanced in New York Life to become a Partner. After being in this role for almost three years Martina was sought out by Prudential Financial to take on a new role as an Associate Managing Director, a position held only by six other women at the time, to increase diverse recruiting and build awareness in respective minority communities. Later, Martina was pursued by Securian Financial Services, an independent firm, to build a new firm in Atlanta—which she founded in 2020, Centurio Wealth, LLC.

She has more than 20 years of financial services experience, joining JPMorgan Chase in 2009. Most recently, Laura served as President of the U.S. Commercial Bank segment of Merchant Services. She also previously led the Small Business Segment of Merchant Services, leading a team that worked directly with business owners as well as through 5,300 Chase branches.
Before coming to Merchant Services, Laura was President of Chase Ink, the firm’s small business credit card, and she has held progressively responsible positions in the J.P. Morgan Global Commercial Card business.
Laura is also co-chairwoman for the Northeast Region of JPMC’s Market Leadership Team, which is dedicated to delivering the firm to clients on a local level and being leaders in their communities. Kelly Beatty serves as head of Payment Solutions at FIS, where she oversees the company’s strategy for credit, debit, prepaid, business-to-business (B2B) and cross border payments. In her current role, she is responsible for enabling the transformation of global commerce by delivering innovative, seamless payment experiences for a broad range of clients. In her previous role, Beatty served as FIS’ chief transformation officer where she was responsible for building out new transformational capabilities for the company, including leading the efforts to integrate FIS’ 2019 acquisition of Worldpay, fintech’s largest transaction in history (valued at $43 billion).
In total, Beatty has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to FIS, she served as senior vice president and general manager of merchant solutions for financial institutions at Worldpay. She had direct responsibility for sales, business development, channel management and relationship management for banks offering merchant services through Worldpay and its predecessor, Vantiv (previously Fifth Third Processing Solutions). She has also led large-scale conversions, merger/acquisition integrations, and strategic program and product implementations.
Beatty currently serves on the Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions) board of directors. She is also a founding member of the Women to Self-Sufficiency initiative of the Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Furthermore, she established Cincinnati’s first Blessings in a Backpack program, which provides food to underprivileged children.

Tracey Richardson is an IT Manager for the NCR Payment Solutions Engineering group in Addison, Texas. Richardson manages three teams that include the Project Management Office and Agile Transformation and Release Management teams. In addition, Richardson manages special projects for NCR Payment Solutions. In August 2020, she spearheaded efforts that culminated in the establishment of a formal NCR mentoring program.
Richardson has more than ten years of experience in formal and informal mentoring of colleagues and friends (primarily women) seeking to build their careers in project management. Richardson's experience includes technical support, as well as account, project, program and people management. She has worked on a number of high-profile projects during her career, including the US Airways/AA Integration in 2014 and several large utility migration efforts.
While at NCR, she achieved the first P2PE Certification for the payment processing group, built the IT Project Management Office, and launched the company’s formalized product/project intake process and its mentoring program. Richardson holds both Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications, and is active in several professional organizations.

She began her career in BB&T’s Leadership Development Program and spent 10 years at BB&T with her most notable role being VP, Merchant Services where she was the youngest and only female reporting to the President and was responsible for Product, Pricing Strategy and Marketing for a portfolio of 57,000 merchant accounts processing $18 billion in annual volume as well as sales training and sales support for 80 sales reps.
Following BB&T, she was the Channel Marketing Manager for North America at Ingenico Group, the Senior Director of Financial Institution Business Development at CardConnect and a Client Business Executive at First Data, now Fiserv, for ISO Solutions. Along with her professional excellence, Genevieve has taken an active role in volunteerism for Wnet and Currituck County Schools. Upon becoming a Corporate Champion Genevieve raised awareness and created opportunities for engagement increasing the number of Wnet members at First Data/Fiserv from 10 to more than 1,000 within three years! Genevieve also founded a mentor program in her local school system where she has been a motivational speaker to more than 400 students and 200 teachers with the goal to inspire ambition, courage and confidence by sharing her story.

Since joining FIS in 2003, Leah has held roles including VP Business Development for International Payments responsible for international payments market strategy, and the FIS’ International Payments Innovation Labs which delivered FIS’ first blockchain product and has held leadership in product strategy, sales and marketing. With over twenty-five years in the financial services and payments industry, Leah began her career at Dun & Bradstreet. She earned a Master’s Degree in National Security with Phi Kappa Phi academic honors in 2016.

She continues her work as a mentor to women through national and university programs, as well as work with the Georgia Fintech Academy. He is a recognized leader in Information Technology and delivery of business value from IT, with a unique combination of strategic thinking and focus on results.
Prior to joining Global Payments, Guido was a managing director for Slalom Consulting, leading the firm's Digital Commerce practice. Between 2008 and 2010, he served as CEO of Moneta, an innovative online payments company, establishing it as a leader in the alternative payment space. He led the company in building its customer base, revenue streams, service offerings and technology platform. From 2002 to 2008, Guido was the CIO of CompuCredit, an information and technology driven financial services company, where his responsibilities included setting and executing the company’s IT strategies, delivering business value from technology, managing innovation and running the company’s worldwide IT operations. He enabled the business to deliver unprecedented results through the execution of acquisitions, technology architectures and IT solutions.
Guido’s experience includes senior management positions at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, international experience across industries, degrees in engineering from the University of Rome (Italy) and appointments at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He is a frequent speaker and media contributor on the topics of technology management, payments and financial technologies, leadership, innovation and organizational change. Guido is the previous chairman of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association and served on the Technology Association of Georgia's Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) board of directors. He was recognized as one of Computerworld’s “Premier 100 IT Leaders” in 2008 and as the 2004 GCLA National CIO of the Year, in addition to receiving multiple awards for excellence in technology management. Shawn Studdard is Managing Director of Sales and Relationship Management for the Merchant Center of Excellence (MCoE) with Chase Merchant Services, the global payment processing and merchant acquiring business of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is responsible for leading teams who partner with Commercial Banking to acquire new clients and manage client relationships across Commercial and Investment Banking segments.
Shawn has more than 15 years of experience in the payments industry. He has held senior leadership positions across Chase Merchant Services including Chief of Staff to the US President and leading teams including Sales Strategy and Support, Learning & Development, Merchant Training, Client Servicing, Performance Improvement and Process Mapping, Call Quality and various other operational functions. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Shawn served as the National Director of Training and Operations for Productivity Point International where he led teams of technical trainers and operations staff supporting more than 50 classroom locations in North America.
Recognized as a leader in Chase Merchant Services, Shawn served two years as site lead for the JPMorgan International Plaza in Dallas and represented the site on the Dallas/Ft. Worth Site Incident Management Team (SIMT).
Shawn graduated from Texas Tech University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and MBA. Shawn is married and has three daughters.

Tara Craighead is the owner of barre3 Druid Hills and Director of Operations for the Society of Clinical Psychology, Division 12 of American Psychological Association.
At barre3 Druid Hills, Tara has created a community around doing a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. With the Society of Clinical Psychology, Tara runs the day-to-day operations of the non-profit network of Clinical Psychologists.
She values volunteering and giving back to her community and is currently the Vice President of Fund Development for the Junior League of Atlanta (JLA). Working to raise funds to support not only the JLA, but their Community Partners as well. She currently resides in the Druid Hills area of Atlanta with her husband and son. She loves to connect with her community, run and spend time with her family.
