Corporately, she currently is a Senior Manager and product owner of a corporate intranet platform, supporting over 24,000 team members to foster communication and collaboration enterprise-wide. She has worked at Global Payments since 2011 in a variety of teams including Training and Development, HR Communications, Employee Engagement and Corporate Communications. She is also currently serving in the role of Co-Chair for the Global Payments Women’s Network.
Individually, she is a professional speaker at Magnet Culture, delivering keynotes on reducing unnecessary employee turnover, facilitating training for many industries on how to develop magnetic leaders and shifting mindsets around the expectations of today’s new workforce.
Privately, Shelonda is married, mother of three daughters and lives in Indiana. You will find her most nights and weekends cheering in the stands at the pool, ballfield, court, or ballroom as she transports her girls to their multiple commitments. She jokes that with the chaos of raising three tween girls, work feels like a vacation!
