Kelly Beatty serves as head of Payment Solutions at FIS, where she oversees the company’s strategy for credit, debit, prepaid, business-to-business (B2B) and cross border payments. In her current role, she is responsible for enabling the transformation of global commerce by delivering innovative, seamless payment experiences for a broad range of clients.

Prior to FIS, she served as senior vice president and general manager of merchant solutions for financial institutions at Worldpay. She had direct responsibility for sales, business development, channel management and relationship management for banks offering merchant services through Worldpay and its predecessor, Vantiv (previously Fifth Third Processing Solutions).

Beatty currently serves on the Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions) board of directors as President-Elect. She is also a founding member of the Women to Self-Sufficiency initiative of the Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Furthermore, she established Cincinnati’s first Blessings in a Backpack program, which provides food to underprivileged children.

In recognition of her achievements in the financial services industry and for her contributions in the community, Beatty was named to the 2021 PaymentsSource Most Influential Women in Payments list and was honored with an “Excellence in Fintech” award at the 2019 Markets Media Choice Women in Finance Awards.

Beatty earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, with a concentration in finance, from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The reward for this massive business transformation was a wide variety of opportunities from building a consulting practice from scratch to generating $20 million in annual revenue to building a product development organization where she managed a $120 million portfolio of products. And, for this business geek, another reward was the opportunity to be on the platform ringing the bell during the company’s IPO!

She practices what she preaches when it comes to professional and personal change. After almost 20 years in high-growth companies, Stephanie transitioned into the role of entrepreneur and business owner of The Polen Group. 

As the President of The Polen Group, and founder of Unshakeable^TM, Stephanie works with teams and individuals as they navigate the transformation process. She is an Advanced Certified Emergenetics^® Instructor and uses this powerful tool to understand more about the whole individual and how to leverage their strengths for the success of the team and the organization. She is also a Certified Wayfinder Executive Coach. 

Stephanie was also part of the inaugural Global Team Coaching Institute Team Coaching certification. Working with this international organization, she is certified to help teams be everything they were created to be.
