Amanda is a payments professional dedicated to making a positive impact in the payments industry. VP of Partner Relations with nearly two decades of diverse industry experience, Amanda is known for being self-motivated, solution-oriented and approaching everything with a positive outlook. She is passionate about education, industry relations and earned the ETA CPP Certified in 2018. Amanda oversees all partner channels for Signature Payments (internal, IC and ISOs) and is the go-to for all things, specializing in the Agent On-boarding and continuing education including process, acceptable/prohibited merchant types, partner portal, residuals, agent newsletters and all agent communications. She is making an impact in the payments industry by serving on ETA CPP Credentialing Committee, Co-chairing the PTW California Chapter, participating in the PTW Ambassador Committee, serving as a Director on the WSAA Board, Chairing the WSAA Registration & Mobile App Committee and more. She was also the recipient of two PTW awards; “Lean in to Lean'' and "Rising Chapter of the Year '' in Nov 2021 and recognized as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by the ETA in Apr 2022. Colleen has developed and maintained programs to comply with government regulations (6050W). She has served as key point of contact for top vendor relationships (TSYS, First Data, Chase Paymentech and Harris NA) as well as be a core project team member for initiatives including EMV, American Express OptBlue and Revenue Development. She is co-chapter leader of the Phoenix chapter, member of the management mentor program and an ETA CPP.
