Netra Kumar is a Managing Director with Bank of America’s Global Transaction Services business. Based in New York, she is responsible for providing advisory and insights on working capital and cash management, for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and med tech clients in the S&P 100, in a global capacity.

Netra’s experience spans over 21 years in Banking and during this time, she has led multi-cultural and multi-generational teams, and garnered experience across a cross-section of industry sectors, across multiple geographies

 

 

Kevin Shamoun
SVP of Product and Innovation
Fortis

Kevin Shamoun is the SVP of Product and Innovation for Fortis. He brings extensive operational and technical knowledge of the payment industry including almost 20 years’ experience working with major Independent Service Organizations (ISOs) and financial institutions.

Kevin is the founder of Zeamster, a payment gateway company that was acquired by Fortis in 2019. He is currently the Chair of the Technology Committee for the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA).

 

 

Elizabeth LionsRachel Levi
Global Head of Innovation Engineering
Swift

Rachel joined Swift in 2019 and is currently the Head of Innovation Engineering. Rachel and her team are responsible for accelerating and de-risking both Swift and the industry’s adoption of new technologies to deliver step change customer outcomes, including executing on Swift’s responses to disruptive ‘new frontier’ trends such as digital currencies, tokenized assets, and federated AI.

Prior to joining Swift, Rachel spent 18 months in Technology and Business Management at CLS, the world leader in FX settlement solutions. Rachel holds an MA Hons in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Rachel was recently named in the Innovate Finance 2022 Women in Fintech Powerlist within the Professional and Financial Services Category.

 

 

Stephanie Joyce
Senior Financial Services and Payments Consultant
Endava

Stephanie Joyce is a Senior Industry Consultant at Endava. With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, she has deep experience helping clients and internal partners with strategy, implementation of new products & solutions, and process improvement. She specializes in risk management, data optimization, and immediate payments, supporting clients with use case ideation, strategy development, and implementation.

Prior to joining Endava, Stephanie spent over a decade at JP Morgan, specializing in Risk Management, Controls, and Governance. She excelled at striking a balance between fostering innovation and maintaining an appropriate level of oversight and control in a heavily regulated environment.

Stephanie is passionate about making an impact within her community as she has partnered with local small business and non-profits in providing pro-bono consulting services that empower women run businesses, veterans, and people of color, promoting inclusivity and equitable access to essential resources that help businesses succeed.

 

 

Nora Pencola
Exec Director
Wholesale Payments Data & Analytics

Nora Pencola is the Executive Director and Lead Data Scientist in Wholesale Payments at JPMC. Her team works to develop data and platform strategies, as well as the analytics and ML/AI modeling to support insights at scale. Their work informs products and services that drive solutions for transparency, cost optimization and actionable insights into customer behaviors.

Nora brings an extensive and diverse background in data analytics and machine learning, with over 15 years experience in payments, innovative data solutions for operational analyses and cost prediction/optimization for major defense acquisitions.
