Joyce Sims-Majors currently works with JPMorgan Chase and has more than 26 years of payments experience. She is currently in the Relationship Management space as a V.P. Senior Relationship Manager for various referral partners, but she has held various roles within the bank, such as Collections Manager (8 years) and Senior Risk analyst (10 years). She has served on many panels, primarily with a focus on mental health, Diversity & Inclusion, as well as, Mentorship. She actively participates in multiple Business Resource Groups in her firm, including Bold and Advancing Black Pathways. She is an active member in PTW and Women in Payments. Joyce has received numerous awards for her work. Most recently, she became a 2023 President Circle Award winner. Audrey Blackmon is a 30-year payments industry leader and Vice President at i2c Inc. Previously as the General Manager-Strategic Partnerships for BHG Financial, she led Business Development and strategy for North & South America. Prior, she has held leadership roles at First Data, Worldpay and Vantiv as well as several start-ups.
Audrey brings many years of both professional and non-profit experiences. Audrey serves as a Board of Directors for PayTech Women, a Co-Founder/Past President of the Southeast Acquirers’ Association and a mentor to Fintech startups at Plug and Play Tech Center in Silicon Valley and several other startups. Audrey has served as a mentor/speaker at Money20/20 RiseUp Academy for two years.
Outside of the payments community, Audrey serves as a Child Advocate for CASA and is an Advisor to the Board of Directors of Upbring, a non-profit for foster care youth.
