As CEO, Ian has driven One Inc to become the leading digital payments network in the insurance industry, growing revenue at a 43% compound annual growth rate. Since 2021, One Inc has increased its annual payment volume to $60 billion, while working to ensure superior innovation, value and experience for its clients and their policyholders.

Ian brings over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience from some of the largest payments companies, including First Data, WorldPay and Elavon. He led Zelis Healthcare’s high-growth Payments division. Zelis recapitalized and merged in 2019 at a value of $5.7B.

Before joining One Inc, Ian was an Executive in Residence for Great Hill Partners, identifying and pursuing investment opportunities in the Financial Technology sector and advising Great Hill Partners' FinTech portfolio companies. Ian holds a BA from Bishop's University, Canada, and an MBA in international business from Florida Atlantic University.

Polly Van Duser is Vice President, Talent Acquisition at One Inc, a InsurTech/FinTech that is transforming the insurance space with their digital payments platform. Polly has more than 20 years of recruiting and talent identification experience including 15 years in Payments and FinTech building and leading Talent Acquisition teams with Greenings International, Bank of America Merchant Services, Heartland Payment Systems and WorldPay.

She dedicates much of her own time to organizations focused on empowering women and has led enterprise-wide Women’s Leadership Networks and is on the Executive Board for PayTech Women. Her love for championing others spans her professional and personal life where she serves as a coach and mentor for women.

Polly has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Georgia State University and has her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Polly further demonstrates her commitment serving others with two other organizations. She and her husband are actively involved in Sleep in Heavenly Peace, where they build beds for kids who are sleeping on the floor. She also serves on the Board of LaAmistad, an organization committed to education, after school programs and camps for underserved Latino children.

Polly lives in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad and her stepdaughter, Sarah. She loves traveling and entertaining.

As the Executive Director of the Georgia Fintech Academy, my primary objective is to drive meaningful impact within the industry through the implementation of a comprehensive program. This initiative focuses on educating and empowering the next generation of fintech professionals by fostering collaboration with 26 institutions aligned with the University System of Georgia, as well as private universities and HBCUs. Our commitment extends to creating academic pathways to fintech at the secondary level, strategically cultivating a reservoir of talented individuals poised to shape the future of the industry. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support others in advancing their careers, leveraging my own professional journey as a source of inspiration.

In my preceding roles, I have dedicated numerous years to the fintech landscape, establishing myself as a creative, dedicated, and enthusiastic leader in technology and operations. My extensive experience spans program and product development, with a track record of successfully leading IT transformations within the banking, finance, and fintech sectors. My motivation stems from a passion for solving complex problems, offering efficient solutions, and enabling businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace. I am consistently driven to undertake substantial and intricate projects, fostering the growth and development of team members while contributing to the expansion and success of business operations.
