Audrey Blackmon is a 30+-year payments industry leader and DEI advocate. As the Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive at Euronet, she provides financial institutions, fintech organizations and other industry companies with the ability to modernize their payment infrastructures. Audrey has held leadership roles at First Data, Worldpay and Vantiv, as well as at several industry start-ups.

Audrey’s many years of both professional and non-profit experience have had a positive effect on the payments world. She serves as the 2025 Board President for PayTech Women, is a Co-Founder/Past President of the Southeast Acquirers Association (SEAA) and is a mentor and advisor to several fintech start-ups. For the past five years, Audrey has served as a mentor and speaker at the Money20/20 RiseUp Academy.

Outside of the payments community, Audrey volunteers as a Child Advocate for CASA in Riverside County, California. She resides in Palm Springs with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren and their parents.

Diane Faro was the chief executive officer of JetPay Corp. (NASDAQ: JTPY), a leader in payment processing and payroll for nearly half a century. With locations in Addison, Texas; Carrollton, Texas; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Pensacola, Florida and Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the company provided a single-vendor solution for payment services, debit and credit card processing, ACH services and payroll and human capital management needs for businesses. Diane was instrumental in the 2018 acquisition of JetPay by NCR Corporation. The addition of a direct payment processor and the expanded services of payroll and human resources services was key to the strategic direction of NCR, as the world’s No. 1 point of sale software provider for the retail and hospitality industries.

Diane became CEO at JetPay in May 2016, after serving on the company’s board of directors for two years. Before joining JetPay, she was president and partner of National Benefit Programs, which provides brand loyalty and discount programs for small to mid-sized businesses. She also served as President, Global Merchant Services, at First Data from 2005 to 2009, when she was responsible for over $1 billion in annualized revenues. From 2002 to 2005, Diane served as Alliance Group President for First Data Merchant Services, where she led strategic direction and was responsible for annualized revenues in excess of $600 million on processing volumes of $350 billion. Prior to that, she served as CEO of Chase Merchant Services for five years.

She is a past president of the Electronic Transaction Association (2004-2005) and served as an ETA board member for nine years. She also served on advisory boards for Visa and MasterCard and held board positions with Merchant Link and Front Stream Payments.

Diane is passionate about leadership development, with a special focus on mentoring professional women. She is a Co-Founder of PayTech Women, a national organization that provides networking and growth opportunities for women in the payments industry. With a career that spans more than four decades in the financial services industry, Diane has focused on growing companies and leading people. Her expertise in defining strategy and increasing revenue has shaped her career as an executive and entrepreneur.
