John Skinner is head of SMB and Mid-Market Merchant Services in the Payments business. In this role John and his team work to acquire, retain and grow clients with JP Morgan Merchant Services solutions across the Small and Medium Business and Mid-market segments. John is also a Non-executive Director on the Board of Chase Paymentech Europe Ltd – The European legal entity of the firms Merchant Acquiring business.
John joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 prior to which he held various positions at American Express over a period of 17 years.
Originally from London, John moved to the U.S. with his wife and three children in 2010 and is currently based in New York. He holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and he is a J.P. Morgan senior sponsor for PayTech Women.  Gayathri Vasudev

Responsible for setting the strategy and developing differentiated solutions to address market needs, Gayathri is focused on defining and building product solutions and the go-to-market strategy leveraging JPM's leadership in Global Clearing, Cross-Currency (FX), ACH and disbursements. She is also responsible for identifying and implementing business initiatives to maximize the P&L and managing overall risk to ensure business soundness. Gayathri has 20+ years of experience in financial services and technology, including almost 15+ years in a global career spanning roles in sales and product management in payments and treasury services. She has been a featured speaker/panelist in many industry forums such as Women in Payments, SIBOS, regional client conferences and NACHA. She represents J.P Morgan on the Payments Risk Committee, SWIFT U.S. National group and has, in the past, represented J.P. Morgan on the U.S. Renminbi working group, BAFT Global Payments Industry Council (GPIC) and the Fed's Wholesale Payments Advisory Group. Dawn Delaney serves as Vice President, Corporate Development and Partnerships at JPMorganChase within the Corporate Investment Bank. In this role, Dawn works with leading FinTech companies to integrate emerging technologies and solutions for clients within the merchant services organization. Dawn has been a leader within the payments space and brings a wealth of industry experience to the firm. Her career has included serving in multiple roles in the Corporate Investment Bank including Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Development and Relationship Management. Dawn has represented multiple industries including Digital, E-commerce, Insurance, Telecom and Financial Services. Dawn currently serves at the 2026 Board President for PayTech Women and has been a board member since 2019. She is also a three-time recipient of a PayTech Women Award, receiving honors in 2025, 2023 and 2017 for her contributions to the organization supporting women in the payments industry. She was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, and is the mother to 3 beautiful children.
