Melissia Fernander is a seasoned revenue and partnerships executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across the fintech and payments ecosystem. Known for driving transformative growth and elevating partner performance, she has built a distinguished track record leading high value portfolios, developing scalable go to market strategies and cultivating trusted relationships with enterprise and C suite stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Melissia has guided organizations through major modernization initiatives, secured multimillion dollar strategic agreements and delivered consistent double digit revenue gains across both emerging and established markets. Her expertise spans payments modernization, strategy and enterprise account leadership.

Melissia’s work is defined by her ability to align cross functional teams, unlock operational efficiencies and design partner engagement frameworks that accelerate growth and long term value. She has held leadership roles across Synovus, Corvia, InComm Payments, UL Solutions and Elavon/U.S. Bank, where she consistently delivered high impact results.

She holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Michigan. Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to advancing the fintech ecosystem, Melissia brings a future focused, collaborative approach to every organization she serves. She lives in Atlanta and is an active member of the Atlanta fine arts community.
