Women in the Workplace is a study of the state of women in corporate America conducted annually by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company. The Women in the Workplace study is one of the largest comprehensive studies of the state of women in corporate America. Since 2015, 462 companies employing almost 20 million people participated—making it the most comprehensive annual review of its kind. The study is an annual research effort that provides benchmarks on talent pipeline, HR practices, and employees’ experiences related to career advancement, work-life issues and diversity. It gives companies and employees the information they need to advance women and improve gender diversity within their organizations.
In this exclusive Wnet members-only webinar, Grace will share the results of the latest research and compare how the payments industry compares to other industries in key areas related to the hiring, advancement and experiences of women.
