Tammy Trilli
Executive Director, Head of Sales and
Relationship Management, MM Commercial Bank J.P. Morgan Merchant Services Tammy Trilli is responsible for driving
revenue growth through new business and overall management of the national
portfolio in the Commercial Banking Middle Market Specialized Industries
Segment. She
joined the Merchant Services organization three years ago from Commercial Card
where she spent seven years building out and leading multiple sales and
relationship management teams both domestically and globally. Before
moving into Merchant Services she was the Head of Partnerships and Business
strategy supporting the CC Executive team and leading the Field Strategy and
Analytics organization. Prior
to joining J.P. Morgan, Tammy was with American Express for over twenty years
where she held various positions leading business development, relationship
management, and implementations teams throughout her tenure. She sits on
both the Arizona Women on the Move and Diversity and Inclusion Executive
Steering Committees for JP Morgan and is a founding board member of the
Ahwatukee Boys Team Charity. Speakers: Amanda Smith
VP & Head of Paid Media, J.P. Morgan Social Media Amanda Smith is a
Vice President at J.P. Morgan, responsible for overseeing paid social media
strategy, leading campaigns for wholesale businesses including commercial
banking and global payments, and managing a social selling program. She has 7+ years of
experience managing PR and B2B marketing initiatives for financial services.
She was Co-Chair of the JPMorgan Chase Women on the Move Competitive Analysis
Committee, and now co-chairs a global research team for the same program. She previously
led PR initiatives and media engagement for investment research, sales and
trading and securities services -- liaising with leading business publications
daily. She served as a Board Member for the NextGen North America Business
Resource Group, creating partnership opportunities and programming for early
career professionals at JPMorgan Chase. Amanda holds a
Bachelor of Science from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at
Syracuse University, a leading U.S. journalism school, and is currently
pursuing an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
Robin Lynch
Global Social Marketing Lead, J.P. Morgan Wholesale Payments Robin is responsible
for managing marketing campaigns that tell the J.P. Morgan Wholesale Payments
story on social. He has 20 years’
experience in media and marketing, focusing on digital content, social media
and marketing strategy. He delivered e-commerce and payments social media
campaigns and thought leadership for J.P. Morgan Merchant Services and was head
of digital content strategy and marketing planning for Barclays UK.
Previously he had been a reporter and production editor with The Irish Times
and The Guardian where he covered national news, business, finance and sport. Robin holds an MA in
Journalism from Dublin City University and an MSc in Global Politics from
Birkbeck Colleague, University of London.
