Distinguished Payments and Fintech Leaders Continue Focus on Expanded Diversity and Gender Equity in the Paytech Workforce

KENT, Ohio – January 3, 2022 – PayTech Women, formerly Wnet, the premier non-profit organization helping professional women rise in the payments and fintech industries, today announced that its Board of Directors unanimously elected new leaders for the 2023 Board. Deeply committed to PayTech Women’s mission of creating a stronger and more diverse industry by empowering and investing in women, the 2023 leadership team includes broad industry representation and varied career experiences, embodying the organization’s diversified membership. PayTech Women Announces Executive Committee

As part of the PayTech Women Executive Committee’s seamless leadership transition, Kelly Beatty, chief performance officer, FIS, and former president-elect of PTW, moves into the role of president, succeeding Kelly Tufts, vice president of field talent, Discover, who is now immediate past president. Polly Van Duser, SPHR, vice president, talent acquisition, One Inc, transitions to president-elect; Audrey Blackmon, general manager, strategic partnerships, BHG Financial, becomes treasurer; and Dawn Delaney, vice president, innovation & fintech partnerships, wholesale payments, JPMorgan Chase, joins the Executive Committee as secretary.
 
“I am thrilled to be the PayTech Women President this year,” said Kelly Beatty of FIS. “I am a huge advocate for change as I believe, to my core, that change creates opportunity, and I am proud to be involved with this organization that is driving so much positive change in our industry.

During her tenure, we grew to more than 5,000 members, celebrated a record-breaking annual Leadership Summit and unveiled our new name, PayTech Women. I also offer my sincere gratitude to Immediate Past President Mary Uslander, senior vice president, head of commercialization and client experience, Fiserv, for her leadership in our rebranding and for her long-term support of our mission to empower and invest in women.
