Leslie Pearce and Erica Woods Bring Strategic Industry

COLUMBUS, Georgia – June 23, 2026 – PayTech Women (PTW), the leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in payments and fintech, announces the appointment of two accomplished industry leaders to its Board of Directors: Leslie Pearce, Senior Vice President and Head of Relationship and Strategy at Fiserv, and Erica Woods, Head of U.S. State & Local Policy at Stripe.
 
Following a comprehensive selection process led by the PayTech Women Executive Committee, Pearce and Woods were chosen for their extensive leadership experience, industry influence and commitment to fostering growth and opportunity within the payments ecosystem. Their appointments further strengthen the Board's breadth of expertise and support PTW's continued focus on empowering women at every stage of their careers.
