PayTech Women Board of DirectorsThe PayTech Women (PTW) Board of Directors includes the Executive Committee, Directors and the PTW Founders and CEO as Ex-Officio Members.
Executive CommitteeThe Board's Executive Committee includes the officers of PayTech Women: President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President, Treasurer and Secretary. This committee establishes the priorities for each year and is responsible for approving changes throughout the year. Each member of the Executive Committee holds their office for one year before moving into the next position in the leadership ladder.
Audrey BlackmonPresident Audrey Blackmon is a 30-year payments industry leader and Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive at Euronet. Previously she has held strategic leadership roles at First Data, WorldPay, Verrency and others throughout the payment ecosystem. Audrey is the co-founder of Southeast Acquirers Association (SEAA) and is an industry advisor as well as serving as a Child Advocate (CASA) in Riverside County. Read BioDawn DelaneyPresident-Elect Dawn Delaney serves as Vice President, Corporate Development and Partnerships, Corporate Investment Bank, at JPMorgan Chase. In this role, Dawn works with leading FinTech companies to integrate emerging technologies and solutions for clients within the merchant services and payment space. Polly Van Duser, SPHRImmediate Past President Polly Van Duser is Vice President, Talent Acquisition at One Inc, an InsurTech/FinTech that is transforming the insurance space with their digital payments platform. Polly has 20+ years of recruiting and talent identification experience including 15 years in Payments and FinTech building and leading Talent Acquisition teams with Greenings International, Bank of America Merchant Services, Heartland Payment Systems and WorldPay. Whitney S. RussellTreasurer Whitney Russell serves as President, Digital Solutions Banking Division, at Fiserv. For 20 years, Whitney Stewart Russell has been focused on the ways technology can enhance consumer financial services experiences. Laura Gibson-LamotheSecretary Laura Gibson-Lamothe is the Executive Director of the Georgia Fintech Academy, headquartered at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, serving institutions across the University System of Georgia. With over 18 years of experience in the banking, finance and financial technology industries, she has held key roles at organizations such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Ally, Featurespace and Protiviti. DirectorsThe PayTech Women Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that the goals from the strategic plan and budget are aligned with the structure and activities of Committees and Task Forces. The Directors play an active role in committee management, recruitment and retention of members and sponsors, and provide subject matter expertise to educational content and program design. Along with the Executive Committee, the Directors are voting members of the Board. Directors serve two-year terms and can serve two terms.
Ex-Officio MembersFounders: The Women Who Started It AllThe Founders of Wnet, now PayTech Women, officially formed the organization in 2005 and established its mission, vision, bylaws and structure. These dedicated leaders continue as active participants in the planning, execution and support of PayTech Women.
