Meet Our Team

The PayTech Women in-house staff are dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion and professional development for our more than 7,100 members from the payments and fintech ecosystem. They actively curate initiatives, events and networking opportunities aimed at empowering women – and their advocates – in paytech, advocating for gender parity and amplifying the voices of women professionals.

Through mentorship and coaching programs, educational resources and collaborative efforts, the PayTech Women staff cultivate an environment that supports and advances the careers of women in this evolving industry, contributing to a more equitable and innovative landscape within the association.
