Michael (Mike) Lozanoff Head of the Merchant Services JPMorgan Chase
Mike Lozanoff is a 23-year veteran of JPMorgan with deep experience in Payments and is currently the global head of the Merchant Services business. Prior to being named the head of Merchant in July of ‘24, Mike held roles leading the enterprise division of JPMorgan’s Merchant Acquiring business, Product delivery and design for the Acquiring Platform modernization, and was the CTO for the Transaction Processing systems. The Merchant Acquiring business for JPMorgan is the largest US Acquirer processing $2.8T in settled sales in 2025.
Prior to his time in Merchant Acquiring Mike held leadership roles in JPMC’s Consumer Operations Technology as the Platform & Control Director for Enterprise Data Warehousing and in the Consumer Card Issuing business leading global engineering teams for the industry leading Credit Card Issuing business. Mike has spent 19 of his 21 years at the firm in Payments, he has end to end Consumer Payments experience and drives a culture of product, technology and payments innovation wherever he works. Mike also spends time as a Board Member for the Electronic Transactions Association(ETA) trade association, giving time back to the Industry and steering forward innovation in the market. John Skinner Head of SMB and Mid Market Merchant Services Payments JPMorgan Chase
John Skinner is head of SMB and Mid-Market Merchant Services in the Payments business. In this role John and his team work to acquire, retain and grow clients with JP Morgan Merchant Services solutions across the Small and Medium Business and Mid-market segments. John is also a Non-executive Director on the board of Chase Paymentech Europe Ltd – The European legal entity of the firms Merchant Acquiring business.
John joined JPMorgan in 2011 prior to which he held various positions at American Express over a period of 17 years.
Originally from London, John moved to the U.S. with his wife and three children in 2010 and is currently based in New York. He holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and he is a JPMorgan senior sponsor for PayTech Women. Lynn Heckler Partner Blupact Culture

Laura is a visionary culture architect who designs comprehensive culture ecosystems that drive measurable business results. As former VP, DEI and Employee Experience and Culture Integration Management Office Workstream Lead at Velera, she led the groundbreaking work of designing and building a unified culture from two organizations that defied industry expectations—achieving engagement growth during a major merger when research predicted significant decline.
Her systematic approach to culture design encompasses everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to recognition systems and employee resource groups, creating “moments that matter” that inspire lasting engagement and productivity. In his role as a Fraud Strategy Managing Director, John is accountable for the Global Banking Client Fraud Prevention program, the principles by which it operates and the creation and execution of goals and initiatives in support of the program. In addition, John provides support to Banking, Treasury, Service and Product partners as it relates to client fraud.
John has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. His previous roles within the firm include Client Service, Operations and Project Management. He has been responsible for numerous client relationships, functions and change management initiatives. Global Banking at JPMorganChase, through its Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking businesses, provides strategic advisory, financing, payments, M&A, capital raising, risk management and additional services to clients across the globe — including emerging startups, midsize businesses, corporations, institutions and governments. Carlinde Kallianiotis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ginger US. She brings over 15 years of experience in senior leadership and executive roles and serves on the board of directors of a non-profit.
Carlinde is a visionary leader, change maker and coach and believes that leaders are in a unique position to drive positive change within their organization and beyond. Her focus is on helping them activate their unique strengths, increase their presence and impact and promote human-centric, courageous communication and storytelling within the business world. She is a trained and certified mediator and has delivered many training courses on conflict resolution, communication, emotional intelligence and other leadership topics. As a practicing Buddhist who regularly gives public talks on meditation and Buddhism, Carlinde brings a deep sense of connection to self awareness, empathy and the ability to help others accomplish their goals and objectives. With a great balance of being direct, empathic and caring, Carlinde is a natural optimist and sees every situation as an opportunity to learn and develop. She is passionate about leadership communication and believes that as we let go of our high expectations, relax and feel comfortable with ourselves, we become an authentic and powerful leader and communicator.
